Instructions: Slide the forefoot cushion pad over the big toe to prevent it from sliding and move more freely. The product is not specific for left or right foot, just flip it over if needed.

Cleaning method:

Please use neutral detergent and wash the gel surface with water below 30°C by hand, avoiding rubbing hard. Dry and reuse.
If sharp objects enter the gel, be sure to remove them to avoid scratching the product.
