Instructions:
Put the toe protector on the big toe to prevent slipping and allow for better movement.

Cleaning Method:

Use a neutral detergent and wash the gel surface by hand in water below 30°C. Avoid rubbing vigorously. Air dry before reuse.
If any sharp objects enter the gel, remove them immediately to avoid scratching the product.
